Lithuania is the most southerly of the Baltic States and although the biggest Old Town of the Baltic's it is still small enough to walk everywhere.
Along the cobbled streets there are hidden courtyards accessed through low archways off the main roads. In them are fashion boutiques, art galleries and coffee shops with music being played from all around, as fashionable as anything you would find in Paris is.
Vilnius, the Capital has a stunning mixture of medieval and modern architecture set amongst forested hills with a large river meandering through the center. There seams to be a church on every corner, with spire brisling across the skyline.
